Q: Do I have to register my child before Picture Day?
A: Yes. Registering ahead of time helps us prepare for your child and ensures your information is correct for ordering and delivery.

A: No. Registration is free. You only pay if you choose to purchase photos.

Q: If I don't register my child, will they still take photos?
A: Yes, every student will be photographed, registering assures you see the proofs as soon as they're finished.

Q: Do I have to prepay?
A: Prepay is optional for parents who want to take advantage of free shipping and early bird discounts!

Q: What if I prepay and don't like the pictures that were taken?
A: If you prepay and do not like the pictures, the pictures will be retaken. Contact us as soon as you can, and we will retake the photos on the school's makeup day. Do not order the prints if you do not like the photos.

Q: When will I receive my child's photos?
A: Proofs will be available within one week after Picture Day. You'll receive instructions on how to view and order online.
