You can expect to view and purchase your portraits within 30 days following Picture Day. To ensure you receive instant notification when your images are live, please verify that we have your current mobile number and email address on file.
Is it okay to screenshot my proofs for social media?

We kindly ask that you do not take screenshots. All proofs are protected by copyright, and low-resolution screen captures do not represent the high standard of our photography. If you wish to post an image online, we offer digital downloads specifically optimized for social sharing.
How do I select my preferred shot for the yearbook?
Response:
Once your proofs are active, you will have the opportunity to designate your favorite pose for the yearbook. Please maintain updated contact details so you don't miss our specific guidance and deadlines for making your final selection.
What should I do if I can't open my gallery?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our photographers typically offer an on-site preview during the shoot; if you are dissatisfied, we can perform an immediate retake. Please note that requesting a new session on a different date after the initial shoot will require a new sitting fee.
Do digital purchases include the right to print?

Yes. The purchase of any digital image package comes with a personal print release, granting you the freedom to create your own hard copies for personal decor or gifts.
Is it possible to combine different poses in one package?

Yes, with certain limitations:
Formal Collections: You are free to include various formal poses in one set.
Freestyle Collections: You can combine multiple freestyle shots together.
Please be aware that because Formal and Freestyle photos are distinct categories, they cannot be blended within a single portrait package.
